I’ve been here almost a full year now and I have no complaints. Any issue I have had has been addressed quickly by maintenance and they have gone above and beyond. I see the negative reviews and those must be from previous management. I recently moved to AZ from another state and I just want to say from the beginning Christina has been a great person to work with. I’ve been living here going on 5 months and I don’t have any roach or bug problems. Whenever I have a maintenance request they are very prompt and fast to get things done. Christina understands there are unexpected life challenges that come up and she will work with you as long as you communicate with her. By far one of the best property managers I’ve crossed paths with. She cares about the well being of her tenants and the property she manages. The pool and dog park are always clean as well as the parking lot. I’m glad I went with Portola East Mesa.

I actually just moved out and I am really sad I did. New management just took over and they are great. Brent came to my apartment the same day I put in my work order and completed it after waiting 3 months with prior management who just ignored me and Elexus was so kind to me when I moved out. She even tried to help me keep my apartment after I changed my mind and didn't want to leave. I will definitely be moving back here when they have something available.

Overall a good place to live. Apartment is clean, with modern looking interior. No assigned parking but spots are always available close to our unit. The exterior storage closet has been very useful. Havnt been able to use amenities due to the Covid-19 quarantine, but staff has sent out regular emails keeping us updated. The only drawbacks I would note is that we have a 2 bedroom with 3 adults and we were only issued 1 key card for the gate / gym. You have to buy more key cards for $50 each. Also the water pressure and temp can be spotty at times.

Overall this is a nice complex. On the cheaper-side of things, but it works! I love that the parking here is easy! I just wish that if you pay for a 2 bedroom, with multiple adults, that we should get 2 swipe keys. But, other than little technical things, it has been good!

Alan, In the front office was so helpful and accommodating when my fiancé and I where looking for an apartment to rent. We decided on choosing Renew 3030 as our place to live. Since the apartment complex has a family friendly atmosphere around it. The unit we toured had all new flooring, new appliances, new paint and that clean apartment smell. Alan informed me all units where updated recently in the last year, with everything included in the unit is brand new. The complex is cleaned with fresh paint outside the complex and also has new roofing all over the complex as well. I will recommend these apartments to my friends. Thank you Alan for everything my fiance and I can't wait to move in here. :)

Looking for apartments when you’re from out of state can be frustrating. I read a lot of different reviews and looked at a lot of different places and ReNew3030 was at the top of my list. I made an appt and was met by Alan after flying in from another state. Alan was welcoming and very friendly. We went on a tour and as we left, we decided we would like to make this place our new home. We put our applications in and Alan helped make sure we filled everything out correctly and were approved to move in. Alan was definitely a difference maker. I don’t think we would’ve made a decision so quick if it weren’t for him. We’re looking forward to our new lives in Arizona thanks to Alan!

Our front office staff rocks. Brittany has a great personality and is so helpful when I need something. I hope she stays at this property, because my dog also likes to visit her for dog treats. When I need something done she promptly assigns someone to take care of it. Renew 3030 has been making improvements since they took over these apartments. I've been living in these apartments for a little over two years now, and I just signed a new lease. I must say, they have made some huge improvements! There's an available brand new fitness room, sparkling pool, new kids playground, along with new remodling of the complex and in the apartments. The problems I have usually gets fixed right away. Renew 3030 is an amazing place to live. Ever since the new management took over many things have changed. The new management is doing a fantastic job. They are enforcing the rules and have made a huge difference in just the few moths they have been here. I even saw the Manager Ashley our painting the curbs and picking up trash. Really enjoyed touring this community, the staff was very friendly and was very detailed with the cost of everything and what was offered on the community and in the rental price. The community is in a good location for me to commute to and from work and the apartments are very spacious for what I was looking for. Definitely recommend stopping in to tour and view the apartments.

I previously posted an unfavorable review and I wish to make amends. The maintenance has actually been really good,on the night of 6/1 we had a plumbing emergency in the kitchen and James was more than happy to take care of it. The manager Noemi is very friendly and always makes time for you even if she's juggling multiple issues. There are a fair amount of children but children and noise is to be expected in life. It would not be fair to judge Royal Oaks on that. And I FINALLY found an affordable gated community! Oh and it's also in a nice shopping district,7 min walking time to a very nice Fry's Supermarket strip mall west and 20 min walking time to a Home Depot east.
